Frequently asked questions
After I buy your artwork, how can I use it?
YES-DO:
•Use my art for PERSONAL Use.
•Use my art for Small Commercial usage to sell up to 500 pieces of PHYSICAL items. (Keep reading for info on DIGITAL Items)
This Small Commercial License is included with your purchase but you must observe the following "Don'ts":
NO-DON'T:
•Use my art in any user editable templates where the art can be extracted.
•Sub-license, resell, share, transfer, or distribute my clipart files on their own, even for free.
•Change or modify my art in any way and claim it as your own original work, or claim copyright. Do NOT resell the digital file. Do NOT combine my artwork with other clipart and sell it as a new collection.
•Include my artwork files, even for free, in the sale of another item.
What else should I know?
Due to the nature of Digital Downloads, I cannot offer refunds once you have downloaded your files.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please send a message.
If you are having trouble opening the files you have downloaded, please make sure you have unzipped the file. Unzipping releases the images so you can save them on your computer and use them with your favorite graphics program.
Flowerdance LLC reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without giving you prior notice.
By purchasing Flowerdance LLC's artwork, you are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, one-person license to use the artwork.
All rights, title, interest, copyrights and intellectual rights are retained by Catherine M. Kasper.
What if I Want to Sell MORE THAN 500 PHYSICAL items of Something I Make Using Your Clipart?
If you wish to sell more than 500 physical items, please contact me.

Non Discrimination
You may NOT use my artwork in conjunction with anything that discriminates against others in any way, shape, or form for any reason whatsoever.
Can I use Your Artwork to Make DIGITAL Products to Sell???
You may only use my artwork to make digital products of ANY kind to sell if the work is completely TRANSFORMATIVE. You must combine my artwork with other images and/or words so that you have created a completely new image of which my art is only a part.
Please note: taking an image of mine and simply setting text next to it is NOT allowed for the automatically free commercial use.
Please contact me if you have questions or wish me to review your item for acceptable usage.

Can I Upload Your Artwork to Websites that Help me Use It?
I understand that most people do not have access to Photoshop and often want to make use of one of the many online sites that provide access to similar programs.
My suggestion is that you make use of high quality programs that you can download to your computer like Photopea, Photoshop Express, Gimp, Inkscape, Procreate, etc.
However, you may upload my artwork to online sites like Canva and Kittl and others in order to create designs for PERSONAL use and also for designs that will be downloaded to your home computer to be printed by you and sold as a PHYSICAL product.
My artwork may NOT be "published" or "shared" on ANY site since that makes it freely available for use by others.
Can I Upload Your Artwork to Templette, Cordjl, RedBubble, Zazzle etc?
No. My artwork may not be used on such sites.
Please do not write and tell me that it should be OK because the artwork gets flattened. The answer is no. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I Use Your Artwork on Print On Demand Items?
You may use my artwork on custom Print on Demand items that you print and press by yourself with your own equipment.
You man NOT use my artwork with external print on demand websites such as Printify, Printful, etc.
Please remember the sales limit is 500 for each physical item that includes my artwork. If you wish to sell more than 500 items, please contact me for a license.
